I have known Jeff as a colleague for 15 years. He has been my mentor and has been an ideal teacher who many colleagues and student-teachers look up to. He is a very dedicated and a passionate teacher. He is knowledgeable and structured in this approach. Jeff is excellent in tweaking the lesson to make accommodations needed to support the students' individual needs and learning styles. I have been in his team as a Grade One Teacher for five years. He designed many language lessons and modelled them to the team. I have closely seen how his students acquired and aced the grade relevant literacy and numeracy skills. I have seen parents request for their second child to be in his class. I recommend Jeff as he is so passionate about teaching and is totally dependable. He is an effective teacher and an excellent team player who always goes an extra mile to help his students. He is flexible, ready to learn and totally dedicated teacher. His students' growth and progress are unparalleled and he is one of the best teachers I have been blessed to work with and know.
